Program Description

Open training sessions allow students at all levels to work on specific trouble areas in an open format. Students may train in either gi or no-gi. 

Open sessions allow for self-paced training
Extra time to practice techniques
Participants of various skill levels
A space for jiu-jitsu practitioners to engage in live sparring and drill techniques
