After you've booked a free class, come in and meet with one of our instructors.

Start Training
Join the class and be ready to have a great time!
First class guidance
- No experience needed
- Wear clean, fitted athletic clothing
- No zippers, buttons, or snag hazards
- Bring water
- Arrive early
- Check in through Wodify
- Tell a coach about any relevant injuries
- Beginners are paired with someone helpful
